We are a lean, boutique firm that sells and acquires real estate for clients. We also have a management portfolio with lettings and tenants across London and this will only grow. It is a challenging business and industry to be part of, however we rise as a team and know where the gaps are in the market place – and with Brexit – we only see more opportunities. To capitalise on this, it takes an amazing group of people and characters to make it possible. You could be one of them.
The Business Development Executive will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle.
You are an ambitious person who takes ownership and responsibility for your actions and works to an exceptional high standard. We foster an entrepreneurial driven environment. Therefore, you will able to demonstrate the ability to work independently and autonomously and get results.
You are sharp and attentive with the ability to manage time effectively and decipher between a paying client and a non-paying one. Resilience is what you fall back on, when times are tough, and you are able to prove so.
You will be confident with building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones. It is not necessary to be from a Real Estate / Property background, however previous new business generation experience is essential with proven with track record and sound knowledge of SMEs B2B2B + B2B and B2C.
